Yes, every saw body is individually hammered and tensioned by our craftsmen, yet at the same time we take advantage of CAD/CAM programs and lasers to make the saw bodies that are known all over the world as ...SIMPLY THE BEST.

Our History

• In 1932, Grasche was founded in Remscheid, Germany. The company exported saw plates to the United States for many years.
• In 1979, Grasche USA, Inc. was founded in Hickory, NC and local manufacturing began.
• In 1993, the first laser cutting equipment was installed at Grasche USA, Inc. which optimized our manufacturing capabilities.
• In 2001, Grasche USA, Inc. constructed an advanced 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, enabling the company to continue increasing its market share.
• In 2010, Grasche USA, Inc. was purchased by it's current management team of Klaus Jensen and Michael Downing, remaining a privately owned and independent company.
